We talk a lot about the contract and spitting it -- I've read the seven steps but don't recall this, how do you break it down to them?

You just tell her straight up the basis of your "relationship" with her...that you don't want to be tied down, you're looking for "the one", etc. Don't spit contract until after you've boned her.
